Budget mATX case? (with full ATX PSU support)

When I say budget, I mean around £40, lower if possible.

Is to go under the TV for use as a versatile streaming box, apps and sticks and streaming boxes do not do it for me, always a compromise it seems.

All going inside it is:

Ryzen 3200G w/ stock cooler.
1 x SSD
2 x sticks RAM
ATX PSU (Has to be ATX PSU as I already have one lying around)

Flat front preferred.

Must have minimum of 2 x front 120mm fan mount.

Not true.

SFX and TFX are common in mATX cases.

Or do you need a tower for the space?

Oddly, the supported board size of 22.6cm x 18cm does not support most mATX boards. It is really an iTX case in mATX clothing.
