Budget Monitor help

Can you help spec me a monitor over 20" that is good quality, but at the lowest price you can find? A Price/Performance type monitor. Thanks!

I'm looking for a monitor myself, but from what I see the best 'bang for buck' ones as you are after are the mid range price ones, not the cheapest...

I'm still yet to find one.. but I'm sure those who have experienced a lot of different ones will come and give advice soon.

My ЛОС/LOS/AOC (No idea if its actually a russian L and C or just a really crap logo) 24" 1920x1080 screen cost me £125 like 2 years ago brand new and I thought it was awesome until I got a really nice quality screen, now I don't bare to look at it because the quality is so crap.

oooops silly me wasn't thinking sorry,but the iiyama prolite e2409hds looks a good monitor with good reviews.
