Budget office desktop

How would this fair running Windows 7 x64 for general home office usage, web browsing, emails, etc?

- AMD A4-5000 Quad Core
- 4GB RAM
- 500GB HDD
- AMD Radeon HD 8330

I'm thinking it would work quite well but I'm doubting myself as it's dirt cheap, partly due to it coming with no OS..

It'd be fine, but an SSD will make it all much snappier. Obviously you would get a better experience with high end stuff, but everyday usage is pretty easy for any modern system.

How cheap are we talking? because the A4's are dirty cheap anyway, the HD 8330 is built into the chip also..
