Budget PC build advice

I was looking to build a new PC with a budget of £300 (already got a monitor, OS, keyboard and mouse). I want to build it around the AMD Phenom II X2 555 and could use some advice. The PC doesn't need to be super powerful but I'd like it to be able to run After Effects. I won't be doing much gaming on it either. If you could recommend some components I would be very grateful. :)

CPU: AMD Phenom II X2 555
GFX: (I only want to spend about £50 on this) I was looking at the Radeon HD 5670 but the it sounds a bit troublesome which put me off.
RAM: 2GB 1333MHz (would this be enough for After effects or would I need 4GB?)
MOBO: One with ACC to unlock the CPU
HDD: a cheap 500GB one
I don't know anything about the PSU and cooler, but I would like them to support the unlocked CPU and give me room to overclock.
