Budget sff setup.

My budget is £350
Can u beat this setup???

AMD 3600+ X2 Brisbane
Sapphire skt am2 690G MATX
Corsair 2gb DDR2 5400 cl4
Coolermaster Igreen 430w PSU
Point of view 8800gts 320mb
I have a hd so dont need a new one.

This all costs £346.
Ill be overclocking the brisbane to around 2.8ghz to stop the bottleneck. Is there any thing better i can get for this money.

No point in the 8800,
get a x1950 as any AMD CPU is too much of a bottleneck.

then you could always get a bit more ram or a better CPU

But i was hoping to play crysis on medium settings, so i thought the 8800gts 320mb would a good card.

EDIt: soz the brisbane is dual core. :rolleyes:

Save up another 100, and try to get a conroe setup. 1GB of ram isnt going to really be enough, and the game will probably eat CPU's too.

An E2160, 2GB of ram, motherboard, and a 8800 GTS 320 will cost about 100 more.

Do u know whats the best intel overclocking board for Matx. As i would like to hit 2.8-3.0ghz.

You would be best off saving up an extra £100 and going with something like the following:

1) OcUK 8800GTS 320MB
2) Gigabyte DS3
3) Intel C2D E4300
4) GeIL 2GB PC6400
5) Tagan 480W ATX2.0

Total: £453.49
