Budget soundcard

Ok I need a sound card that has the Black,Yellow & Green inputs on it, for my 5.1 surround, and also a mic input and possibly headphones input. I dont need anything fancy just one that will run these things.

What differences will i gain from the £18 and the £35 models, and also the Xfi oem model (£50)
