Budget spec for running l4d on max settings

Hi Guys,

I have put my own pcs together but never kept up on the latest, can someone give me a decent spec of stuff I can get on oc that I can investigate.

Lowest possible budget for the highest possible performance.

I want max settings at 60fps+, hope this is not to much to ask!

Source games are mainly CPU dependant so a good core 2 duo would do the job (E7300?) and a 4850 would mince it.
With my rig at 1680x1050 i get 150-200 fps maxxed out
