My sisters PC is on the way out (well, the PSU is half dead and the HD is dying) so I need a new one, no optical drive required and she has the mouse/kb etc.

Budget is £155 delivered, so far I have:

Crucial 1GB kit (512MBx2) DDR2 PC2-4200 CL=4 UNBUFFERED NON-ECC DDR2-533 1.8V 64Meg x 64

Nvidia 6500 128MB VGA DVI TV Out PCI-E Graphics Card

Seagate ST380215AS 80GB Hard Drive SATAII 7200rpm 2MB Cache - OEM

ASUS Vintage V2-M2V890 AM2 Barebone

AMD Athlon 64 X2 3600+ Socket AM2 (1.9GHz) 1MB L2 Cache OEM Processor

Arctic Cooling (AC-FRZ-64P) Freezer64 Pro Socket 754 939 940 CPU Cooler with Heat pipe cooling Pro Ver

Comes to roughly £153.

Only thing I can think of would be to leave the 6500 (although it would be used for some CSS and other basic games) and get 2gb RAM.

You can skip the graphics card since it has VIA Chrome9 graphics integrated. Is she really going to be playing CSS? As you mention, use that money and get a 2 GiB kit.
