Budget Tablet for Drawing

I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions for decent tablets for drawing under £500, I want something I can use to draw with photoshop and other programs of the sort, that will fit nicely into a rucksack.

iPad Mini? or the iPad Air, great products in the tablet section or you could go for something like a Nexus.

Is the Op refering to a drawing tablet or a tablet computer?

He probably means a computer otherwise he'd go straight for a Wacom Intuos (unless he knows absolutely nothing and hasn't typed one word into google).
