I upgraded my monitor and my card is struggling with high settings at 1440p.

Rx580 GPU
16gb ddr4 3200 memory
Ryzen 3600 processor
650w gold power supply
Asus rog strix b450 motherboard

I have looked at the rx 6600 and the Intel Arc a750 is it worth it ?

They are quite a big bump in performance, you can check out some side-by-side YouTube videos to get an idea, but even AMD don't suggest using a 6600 for 1440p, it wasn't intended for it. Unlike the RX 6600, the A750 is relatively faster at higher resolutions. If you're committed to 1440p @ high details, I'd suggest a 6700 non-XT or 6700 .

I can see them for £380 that's reasonable right ? Will it last for a while ? Thank you

I always feel like I've made a mistake on upgrading at any time with computer components! Unless they just got released and it's with a new build. Haha

Have a watch of this, it includes the 6600, 6700 and 6700 XT:

You'll see that @ 1440p, in some games the RX 6600 is fine, but in other games it is struggling to keep 60 fps (at admittedly rather high settings), so I don't believe this is a viable option for the long-term (unless you're content to play older games, or drop the settings down). The 6700 / 6700 XT have a fair bit more power in reserve, so they'll have a longer life at 1440p.
I'm happy with those frames, especially on God of War. In sure im doing 30/40fps on low settings at the moment.
