Currently have a Q9650 based system and want to upgrade but without spending too much - PC is mainly for gaming but no OC.

This will go in an Antec P182 case with a GTX680.
No need for SLI, OC or any extras on the motherboard but will want it to last a few years with a possible CPU upgrade later.
Can I do any better for the same money (or less)?
