Try the Init7 server. It's also 10G but I find it much less variable than other public servers.

iperf3 -c speedtest.init7.net -P 10 -4 -R -V -O 3 -Z

If you're not on *nix, lose the -Z flag.

I think that sever is in Zurich, good for testing a bit further though.
Just to tidy up a bit and save screen smash iperf3 -c speedtest.init7.net -P 10 -b 22M -4 -R -V -O 3 -i 10 -t 40
I like that it shows the send/rec algorithms -V I guess
