Hi there.

I saw a youtube video of an invention that could have only come from one place, and where the answer to every problem, is 'a bigger gun'.

I trawled the net and found a store in the US selling it and willing to post overseas. After a month wait for delivery, my Bug A Salt arrived.

Of course , the sounds in the video were added. However it certainly does the job it was designed for. It feels quite sturdy and well built too.

This time of year it's not so much a fly gun, but a spider gun. So far I've eradicated them from inside my house and shed. But they keep coming back for more. :D

From close range, it's enough to splat a spider. From a foot, it'll harm smaller ones. From a few feet, the slat has lost too much energy to do much more than move a spider.

I have tried shooting my hand from a few feet. You can certainly feel it. Enough that I don't intend to do a point blank range test!

Got one of those. It's the emptying that's the bad bit. When you can still see them moving after 5 mins f spinning, you know they're gonna put up a fight the second you open the bottom!

If a Dyson ain't gonna kill them, nothing will

I suggest you use your house from orbit, it's the only way to be sure.

Id rather have spiders than flys and other stuff :P The spiders won't eat me but there's other stuff that will certainly try lol

I love how it has a safety switch. God forbid you forgot the safety was off and you accidently blew someones leg off !!! :p
