Bug Identification Please!!!

Got a bit of a bug problem here, but before I nuke them all from orbit - I need to know what they are - please help!

They're about 1cm long, and there's about 100 of them on my house

Yeh, they can fly, but they don't really go anywhere - they just sit there winding me up.
