bug with windows calculator (win 10) ?

i was wondering if some one else could check this out. on both my win 10 desktop and win mobile 10, if you start the calculator that comes with the os and switch it in a conversion mode then back to to calculator mode it rounds down your answer to the nearest whole number. eg 5 divided by 2 will give you the answer 2 instead of 2.5. it not a display bug as if you multiply by 2 you get 4 not 5
