Bugzilla - Any experts?

I've been asked to look into the possibility of installing, configuring and moving us to Bugzilla, from a small bug reporting program called Buglister. The installation and configuration seem relatively straight forward to me, we'll be using a spare 2003 server.

The difficulty will be the best way to import all our existing bugs/enhancement requests, and I was just hoping for some advice if anyone can help . TIA.

We had a look at a few, including redmine, and BZ was decided upon. Unfortunately that is out of my control.
