Looking into ordering this next week going to dive back into pc gaming most of my mates are on pc or moved over.

Already have a monitor LG Ultra Gear 32"GP850 180hz 1440p / 4k.

CPU: 7950x3d
GPU: 7900xtx nitro +
Motherboard: MSI tomahawk x670e
Ram: Kingston fury beast expo 32gb 4800c36 6000mhz
SSD: 2TB 980 pro Samsung
Power supply: hx1000i Corsair
Case: Lian li 011 dynamic mini
Cooler: Arctic freezer II 360
fans: Arctic p12 pwn black x 6
Braided cables: kolink core black

Will everything be compatible here including the braided cables with the power supply?

Thanks

At 4k gaming you are mainly GPU bound 7800x3d would be my choice for 1440p.

Case SFX or SFX l psu only and with a full atx motherboard will limit 360mm aio to the bottom, so not ideal

Confirm case .

It is this case https://www.overclockers.co.uk/lianli-o11-dynamic-mini-miditower-case-black-ca-78l-ll.html

Will everything not fit into this?

It's the same case but in black so everything I said stands. You could drop to a 280mm aio which will fit in the side keeping your motherboard or drop to micro atx/itx motherboard and a 360mm rad will fit in the roof.

Read slot configurations in the description.
I'll swap the case out to a Fractal Design Meshify 2 should do the trick

From what I’ve seen the 7950X3D is a little faster than the 7800X3D in gaming.
Yeah seen all different benchmarks to be honest haha... I think the 7900xtx is the way to go though I won't use dlss or RT but I'll look into it abit further 7900xtx Vs 4090 videos lol

I meant the CPU. I’ve had a play with that sapphire nitro card and it’s an impressive thing, build quality is something else. Definitely the closest Ive come to spending this kind of money on a graphics card.

Seen the 7800x3d is faster but wouldn't the 7950x3d start to see benefits and last me abit longer?

Not for gaming. Right now they have to perform some chicanery to lock the game to the CCD with the extra cache. At some point I think they'll release a 7950X3D2 with extra cache on both CCDs and you might upgrade to that.

So regardless of any chipset updates or anything like that the 7800x3d is still the way to go for gaming only?

ASUS AMD Ryzen ROG STRIX B650E

Looks like it has the same features as the x670 tomahawk and bit cheaper would that be a good option providing I update the bios straight away on it :) when I say same features I mean those related the new gen M2 slot and the pci-e 5.0

Yes update the bios as it has fixes for overheating issues.

Not a fan of Asus, customer service is supposedly pants so for me I would go MSI all day.

Looks good on paper for features the Asus ticks all the boxes for a b650 not much cheaper than the MSI around £60
