Build Advise

Please could somebody spec me a new CPU, Mobo and RAM combo for a new build I am doing in a BitFenix Phenom Mini-ITX Cube Case.

Purely for gaming and my budget will be:
CPU £200
Mobo £100
RAM £75

Of course I would love go less money if anyway possible.

I will aim to OC it if possible
