Gone res > pump > gfx > 240 > Cpu > 200 > res

if this is OK will start leak testing now :-D

oh how noobish of me! brb!

now you see where i get my name from!
Actually, can you give me a close up photo of the plexi top, not so sure now.

The inlet port, is the one that goes to the centre of the impeller, the outlet will be the one that connects to the outer edge of the impeller.

That's the right way round in that case, there's an internal channel connecting the top of the block to the centre of the impeller.

is that a bay res? you loop seems to go

gpu pump res rad cpu rad gpu gpu pump

or am i looking at it wrong

the water will come out the top of the pump you need to turn your pump around i think

it is going pump > gpu > gpu > 240 > cpu > 200 > res > pump :) the 240 is mounted with the barbs near the res :) will put some pics up now with water!

:-)

are they new tops? been a few years since i had one of those. normally the way you have the pump water would come out the top as you have the pump on its side

It's not on its side. There is a plate to mount on the bottom. It has and inlet and outlet on the top and the same on the front. As I turned the pump on you could see it pushed towards the gpu so all seems good!

i have a feeling that in the EK manual it recommends mounting the block with the holes horizontally - but check first - i might be wrong :p

I can't see it being too much of a problem though? I will check temps when the system is back up and running next weekend. But if that's true I'm going to have to redo the loop near the cpu.. Well the 2 pipe anyway.

I would have put a drain plug in somewhere but I didn't know where to start so left it :-D

other fun that it all looks ok yes?

seems i may have screwed up a little! the pipe going from pump to gfx card hits on the psu... bleh why didnt i check that BEFORE i put coolent in :(
