Build available for £1100; thoughts?

So, would be buying from a friend, replacing my 8 year old HD7950, Z68AP D3 I5 2500k build used for Football Manager, Cities:Skylines and browsing on a triple screen set up.
I'd like to be using this new build for the same games, plus F1 22, iRacing and Assetto Corsa.

Thank you for the replies and I definitely appreciate the build threads. This would have likely been my next question if the general consensus was to buy new!
I'll likely do more research and go new, especially as I could use a credit card and spread the cost across 2 years INterest free (introductory offers )

Just so you're aware there's a bunch of new stuff coming that's expected this year.

If you're not in a rush it may be a good idea to wait for Black Friday in November.

WHile I'm not in a rush I would like one soon. I bought Football Manager 22 and lots of DLC for Cities Skylines this week (Humble Bundle) neither of which run on my PC as they should. PLus, it's 8 years old so whatever happens I'll be getting a huge upgrade in terms of performance!
