looks good, but do you not want to push it a bit with the mobo and get a tri channel one? seeing as your getting a sandy i7?

edit: ignore that, didnt realise it was the other socket with tri channel

Socket 1155 only supports Dual Channel. Looks good to me buddy! I loved my xonar, you just need to play with the EQ a bit.
