Welcom to the forum :)
Yeah all looks ok. The stock cpu heatsink and fan will be fine unless you plan to overclock it loads? but even a small overclock on stock fan/heatsinks will be ok.

The hiper PSU seems to get a lot of stick on this forum, so i would suggest changing it to the Tagen if you want modular, or the seasonic.

Yeah i havent overclocked my 4200 yet but i think they are good for 2.3/2.4 on stock fan/heatsink.

Some people on here will tell you to get the 3800, but as your not overclocking just yet stick with the 4200, like me :D

Looks fine but if you can spare the extra cash you would really be much, much better of with this graphics card ... especially considering the rest of the spec (if you game)... Connect3D ATI Radeon X1800 XT 256MB GDDR3 AVIVO TV-Out/Dual DVI (PCI-Express) - Retail (GX-044-CO) ... Much better card than the 6800GS. The X1800XT is the biggest bargain in top-end cards at the moment.
