Am I missing anything?

Already have,two monitors, HDD and mouse/keyboard.

Is this spec OK? Will it work together. Any suggestions for cheap but meaningful improvements?

If you plan on going for a decent overclock I'd go for a better CPU cooler:

Gelid Tranquillo CPU Cooler £25.99

You can get away with a much smaller PSU for that build unless you plan on going for CrossFire at a later date or you want a bigger PSU for future upgrades.

If you were thinking of CrossFire you'd need a different motherboard though as the one you've picked runs the PCI-E slots at x16/x4 speed instead of the better x8/x8.

whats your overall budget? can you wait a week or 2 as the new cards are due out very soon in january.

went for the cm hyper 212 evo as it goes with the case and psu to keep with the coolermaster thing but can go for the tranquilo, they both perform similarly.
