Hey,

Looking for someone in the know to cast their eye over this upgrade package I'm looking at, please

I currently have an EK based loop consisting of 2x EK-CoolStream PE 240 Dual and a EK-XRES 100 Revo D5, it's cooling an i9 9900K and 2080ti.
It's been fine for near enough 5 years, no issues.

I'm looking at the following to replace the exisiting kit, and keeping the Rads and pump.

Any thoughts or mistakes with the following?
(not looking to order until the 4090 block is in stock)

Ah good shout, I read up on ATX3 PSU's this evening then added the Corsair/removed a be quiet! and forgot to remove it from a previous basket.

Did you reuse the connectors/fittings you had previously or did you purchase new?

Yeah, it's a Corsair Carbide Air 540, rather chunky but I do like the side compartment for tidying cables away.

Did you purposely pick the shift series PSU as the connectors are on the side of the psu not the back ?

Yep, in the Corsair Carbide Air 540 the PSU is mounted on it's side, so the connectors will face upwards. At least, that's my understanding of it

I’d be tempted to go for a reference card if adding a water block.
Would also echo the sentiment about EK.

Thanks, I will look into it as the waterblock for the Zotac is still out of stock and they are really pricey!
