Build Component Clarifications

Hi everyone, I'm looking for some advice on the following.

I am proposing the following build below (With components from my old machine);

Asus P7P55D-E Intel P55 (Socket 1156) DDR3 Motherboard
Intel Core i5 760 2.80GHz (Lynnfield) (Socket LGA1156) - Retail

The first piece of clarification is would it be worth stumping up the extra cash for - Intel Core i5 655K 3.20GHz (Clarkdale) (Socket LGA1156) - Retail.

Would I see any massive increase in performance?

Patriot Viper 6GB (3x2GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C8 1600MHz Low Latency Triple Channel (PVT36G1600LLK) [PVT36G1600LLK]

Also would anything be wrong with this RAM considering that its triple channel but the board has 4 appropriate slots.

OCZ Vertex 2E 60GB 2.5" SATA-II Solid State Hard Drive (OCZSSD2-2VTXE60G)

Regarding a graphics card - I am going to wait for the 6000 series to come out then decide what will be suitable for myself, I have something to tide me over until then.

I'm struggling to find a PSU which might support me having 1/2 juicy cards in SLI/Crossfire X (My old PSU wont cut it) - I'd like a good compromise between price and quality

So any suggestions/advice would be welcome.
