Build for £1000

Hello, I'm back as usual with another friend wanting a build.
This time its for a friend thats going to be doing a lot of 3d modelling and CAD on a program called Ansys Workbench and he says it needs to render a lot too. Im not familiar with this program but it seems to need a lot of power when rendering.

He seems pretty adamant on getting a i7 4770K, so is there a way you can fit this into a £1000 build with him needing the tower, screen, keyboard, mouse, and speakers. He can get windows 7 from uni so an OS is not needed. He also would like an SSD but does not need a storage drive as he already has one.
He plans on doing some light gaming

The monitor is IPS rather than TN or VA, but if colour reproduction and overall image quality isn't important you can save by getting a cheaper TN panel
