Hi guys,

I am building a computer for a friend and have always had excellent help from here so I thought I would ask again.

He basically needs it to play games on and create music for a University course. He has a maximum of £1000 to spend and I would like to get him the most powerful computer I can for the cash.

Made a few adjustments.

Added a better power supply, and a GTX 970 with a better cooler.

If you want a modular power supply, then the SuperFlower Leadex Gold 550W is currently only £10 more.

The Phanteks Enthoo Pro is £10 cheaper than the 450D and is a very good case. The Titanium Green version is currently on offer for £69.95 if you don't mind a dark green case with the black Blu-Ray drive.

The case is not a sticking point so that is easily changed and that looks similar so cheers. The cpu bundle is much better though than the one we saw so thats probably what we will go for.
