Build for a friend

Hey guys just need your guys opinion, my mate asked if i knew a place to get a good gaming pc with monitor and peripherals included from...

I was going to suggest I build him one but then comes into the equation that he will literally come to me for everything!

Now for around £600-700 is there anywhere that would do some bundle like this

or is it better for me to build him a rig for say £550 and get him to buy a monitor separate

games he's looking to play are BF3 and SWTOR
