They're not really into gaming, but it might be a possibility in the future.
Or heck, spec me one with a medium graphics setting card and one without. I can let them decide on that.
I believe it's mostly going to be used for streaming and media consumption.
Budget probably around £400~. If possible they would like it to be a mini or micro atx system. They do need a monitor and peripherals as well, but not the OS.
There is some leeway with the budget, so add away if you need to.
Any recommendations?
