Build for a Mate

Hello all,

My friend asked me to build him a PC under £550 (forget about the keyboards, mouse and powerline in the order). He will be a heavy gamer and he wants to play most/if not all games on High/ultra settings. What are your thoughts and is there any improvements that I should change.
