Hi chaps,
I've been gaming with an clan mate of mine for a number of years now and it has come to the day he now plays more PS3 then PC.. this is mainly down to his computer being semi-old and not being capable of running the latest FPS games. I wont tell you his specs cos even i know its not good enough anymore.. the good news is he has a 1080p screen so that can be re-used. I'm wanting him to get back into pc gaming but i need a super bang for buck pc build to present to him, so i can convince him.
I've come up with this.. let me go through the pros and cons of what i think. I chose that CPU because its fairly futureproof and pretty much the same price as the cheapest i5. Also the motherboard is capable of sata 6Gb/s so that SSD will really come into play (serious performance boost). The only problem is have i skimped too hard on the graphics card? I'm trying to keep the price down as much as possible but i dont want to be to harsh on the choice of premium components.
questions are..
1. Does it look ok?
2. SSD sata 6Gb/s good idea?
3. Better graphics card?
Opinions Welcome. Thanks Lads.
