Build for July just some practices

Overkill psu, go for something like the antec 650w modular new. Also id recommend spending a little more for the 570.

Apart from that, looks nice to me :D

All that high end stuff and still with 4Gb of RAM if your spending so much I'd drop the PSU to like CM-Sniper said to a 650 - 700Watt and up your RAM to 6 or 8Gb Ram to start with.....

CPU Looks Sweet but come July the CPU will/may have dropped in price so it may be worth looking at an i7 ?????

24" panel, more powerful cooler graphics card (that can be flashed to a HD6970 - comparable to a GTX580), motherboard that's more stable for overclocking AND supports Crossfire, a cooler to overclock the SB to around 4.8GHz easily, a modular PSU that has the power to let you Crossfire later on!

Ofc, you can add the mouse you want, and you can re-use current optical drive (even the HDD if you wanted, and probs the cooler).

EDIT: Had two lots of W7 in there.

Cookeh it's £24 pound over budget was a strict £1100. I shouldn't have got that phone. And I really liked the Asrock. I also dont have enought space in my room for a "24 inch.

Something funny happened with the windows 7 price in cookehs build

using the net prices is only adds up to 855.16, with VAT and shipping thats 1046.19

So knock the monitor down to a 22"? :p Still a better system then the one you specced :D ASRock are, iirc an budget off-shoot of ASUS-Tek - they don't make mobos for enthusiasts and generally they skimp on features or let performance slip.

Made some changes like you said cookeh

Cool, only thing left to do is change the horrible noisy, cooker that is a Fermi card to a HD6950 - you can flash it to a HD6970, which is comparable to a GTX580.
It beats a GTX570 in pretty much every game and is the same price (if not cheaper!)

Alternatively, you could put CF HD5850's in there, which BEATS a GTX580 for £250!!

8 gb would go over budget and I don't like that case.

SSD? 64GB one for OS and your fav games?

I can't tell how much money you have left over :p

Perhaps some case fans?

EDIT: I used my brain.

Scrap SSD idea, too expensive.

Oh, OFC! Swap the HD6950 to Crossfire HD5850's. Will beat a GTX580 in every game
