Build for MMO gaming

Hi I'm looking to build a PC primarily for MMO gaming. Probably Diablo 3 as well. The cheaper the better really. I'd very rarely use it for FPS or anything really demanding, if at all. I'm looking at this build, any thoughts/changes?

I already have an OS, hard drives and keyboard/mouse.

I have no idea why I chose 16GB RAM but I'll leave it in there for now. I'd possibly throw in a SSD for the OS as well.

I do need a monitor so I left that off, I'd probably buy the 21.5" BenQ one that is on offer at the moment. So probably £500

Yeah didn't really explain it well. I didn't really have a budget in mind if I'm honest, I knew I'd spend around £600-£650, or less if it was possible. (which I suppose is a budget ) The £500 I mentioned was without the monitor.
