My brother is looking for a small, cheap build.He hasn't really given me much info but it's only going to be used for web browsing and video playback. Price range is around £200-£300, and it must have an HDMI output and be able to cope with HD video. He asked me to have a look at net tops but I don't know anything about them. I've never built a form factor PC so I'm looking for some suggestions on components or links to pre-built machines, cheers.
