Build for my son

Hi all.
Im puting a cheap build together for my boy nouthing fancy just something to do homework and some 1080p gaming with a bit of upgrade abilty in a year or so.

Budget was around £500 £550

Heres what im thinking:

MSI GeForce GTX 1650 SUPER Ventus XS OC 4096MB GDDR6

AMD Ryzen 5 3600

Vulcan TUF Gaming Alliance 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 PC4-28800C19 3600MHz Dual Channel Kit

ROG Strix B450-F Gaming - Regarding this mobo choice i did want the B450 Gaming Pro Carbon Max WiFi but the MSI site for some reason will not alow downloads of driver and more important bios files.
It seems from what i can make out to have been down for over a month.

If anyone can give me advice on this build i would much appreciate it.

Going Ryzen 3600.
Grab b550 Aorus elite with free 500GB PCIe 4.0 m.2 or MSI Toma b450

Or, equals or beats Ryzen 3600 at 1080p and cheaper . 6 cores 12 threads as well

I dont see the b550 Aorus elite with free 500GB PCIe.

Im not sure what this part means my friend 'Or, equals or beats Ryzen 3600 at 1080p and cheaper . 6 cores 12 threads as well' what beats the Ryzen 3600 at 1080p ?

I think what he means is the 10400F offers better price to performance over a ryzen 5 3600

Although I'd probably pair the 10400F with the B460 bazooka and make use of the MSI £27 cashback offer for a better board.

Ok i can pick up an Ryzen 5 3600 from a frind for £130 boxed so its AMD for this build.
