So I think this is my final build. I went with that specific ram cos i have 8gb here at home left over. I really need a new monitor and thought it best to get a decent one. Am trying to keep it as close as poss to £1300, will be used mostly for gaming.

What do you guys thinks?

Comes to a total of £1380, I dont think i can shave anything else off without compromising too much on what I want.

Have you looked at this graphics card abit more than what you have picked but includes free 8GB of ram so saves you a few quid

You are going to need more gpu power to run games at 4K resolution. A single R9 290/X isn't going to cut it.

I would look at 144hz instead.
