This is what I have picked so far but I would like to know would this psu run this pc with a top end gaming card, also could someone tell me a better fan that isnt much more dear?

if you want to run "top end" graphics card youd have to swap the psu, but that psu could run a gtx 460 and the likes..

theres nothing for a similar price that is ATX in size, just stick with that board.

£20 more gets this - http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MB-140-MS&groupid=701&catid=5&subcat=1495 - but I remember you had a tight budget so just forget about it.
