Build Help please.(Windows)

I have all part parts with me i started to install windows 7(on my 36gb raptor) but half way though i turned off my power supply now when i try and now when i try and load it up i get a error message saying
The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. windows installation cannot proceed. to install windows click"ok to restart the computer, and then restart installatio.

Step away from the computer...

Why not just pop the install disc back in and start from scratch?

EDIT:sorted it had to take the hard drive out then put in windows 7 cd.

You didn't need to take the hard drive out, you want to make sure the DVD drive is higher up in the BIOS boot order than the hard disk, reboot, and start installing the OS again.
