I need a build at about £630.

i need everything but a GPU, a Hard Drive and an Operating System, as they are already waiting to go in.

For the PSU, the GPU is a GTX285. So you'll need about 600W +

Opps, sorry. Everything needed to only build the computer. Don't need monitor, keyboard mouse etc

Hows this? I hear i5 is very similar for FPS in games and can out perform when overclocked, but in Windows, is an i7 a better performer?

Well an i5 is almost the same as the i7 in everything bar encoding and slightly quicker with thousands of photoshop files open e.t.c but if its just gaming i would go i5 or if you want i7 1156.

Ryan, the build you posted it spot on, but mabey change that case. Antec 902 are a good case for airflow. Other than that, spot on.

I want the PC spec I gave (months of getting there

), but I need a good case. Any ideas?

Price limit for case is £110

I really like the look of the new Fractal Design Define R2 (£85). I'll probably be getting one of these for my build (in a few weeks' time).

That's an expensive motherboard...! Do you really need all the features I assume that one has?

I think I may go for the Gene, or maybe a EVGA P55 ***(F T W).

The EVGA has same features, but not the same 16+2 phase power design, but a lot cheaper!

And I may actually work out an i7 route
