Hi all. I'm new to the forum, been browsing most of last night to look for inspiration for my build. Currently I have:

Intel G2030
Palit GeForce GT 630 2GB
500W Silverpower by Seasonic SP-SS500
4G G.Skill RipJaws 1600 DDR3
Asus P8H61-M LX3 R2.0

I have a 500GB HD which I can reuse, I'd like to replace my case and I require an OS.

I mainly play CS:S and CS:GO at the moment but want to build a machine to replace the Xbox 360. So it will need to handle FIFA, racing games and new COD/Battlefield releases.

I have monitors, mouse and keyboard.

I was looking at the AMD FX8-8320e as an option to overclock slightly but I'd rather go Intel if possible. Budget is around £450 reusing what I can from the above. I'd like to get CPU, motherboard and OS initially and use what I have now then add the rest later, so the budget could stretch a bit.

Yes the hard drive is SATA, I've got no objection to second hand stuff, unfortunately I'm not a fan of Internet auction sites when it comes to used PC parts.

Well I have done a whole basket for you above, just add the drives and install the OS, away you go with a substantial boost to the CPU/RAM and GFX card.

Another option if you want to keep your existing GFX card longer.

You can overclock this CPU on this board and exchange it later on for a i5 or i7 K series CPU etc.

A nice fast SSD with plenty of space to hold the OS and games on.
