Here i attached an example of rig made using in win 303. You can see that the sleeved cable of 24-pin that attached on the motherboard need to have a little bend right after out of the cable management hole as the hole is quite below the pin slot. But yours, it seems really come out straight and did not have to be bended. So how do you do it ?
Ah, gotcha... there is a bit of trickery in my photo there I think. I ran it through that same pass through hole that you've used, but the cable did bend and twist as it went through.. you just can't see that because it's behind the reservoir. The cable combs helped keep it straight coming out of the 24-pin. Also, my 24-pin is lower than yours, so that allowed me to do it. I recall it took me AGES faffing about to get it right though.
You can't do that... the RGB TT Premium fans will only plug in to the controller box that comes with them. They have special connectors that won't go in to a 3 or 4 pin standard connector on a motherboard. Thermaltake do have other Riing fixed colour fans that have standard connectors though.
oh...Is there any brand of LED fan that gives RGB lighting but uses the simple 3 or 4 pin? I heard Cosair has some RGB fan, but I don't know how they work
Otherwise, I have to buy the single color LED fan, which is fine by me.

However, if you mean single colour at any given moment then yes. The NZXT Aer RGB fans can do a rainbow effect, but again they need their own controller. The technology currently does not exist to have that functionality through a single 3 or 4 pin fan that plugs straight in to the motherboard... the best you'll get with that is single fixed colour, such as the Thermaltake Riing (non-RGB) fans, which come in green, blue, red and white, and there are plenty of other regular 3/4 pin fans that have fixed colour LED's in them.
