Conclusion

I will be continuing to update this thread as my progress builds. I should be ordering this on monday, depending on if the money as gone in.

If I should change anything, lemme know and I'll consider it.

Update

Decided to Rid of the Network card since the MB comes with a Gigabit Connection saving me £55

New Total - £1257.98

Should I purchase a fan controller to control the radiator fans?

After doing some diagrams in anticipation for my build.

I've finally come up with what I think will be the best for the cooling loop.

Design in Case:

Cooling Loop Diagram:

coolingsystemdiagram.png

Will this do?

I may obviously have to edit it slightly depending on clearances etc.

But this is what I have for now.

The Diagram was just for the cooling..

PSU will hopefully be bottom mounted.

Which means I'll only be using 2 Fans at the bottom instead of 3

Just thought I'd give some expectations of this build.

Uses

Benchmarking - I know it's not the best for benchmarking but it will do for now.
Gaming - Main Reason

CPU Expectations

Hoping to achieve a stable OC of atleast 5.0GHz on the i5 3570K Underwater

GPU Expectations

After reading a lot about this - the 7850 looked like the best OC'er of the year.

Hoping for atleast a stable 1200/5500

However with the Non-Reference Fan and a 200mm Intake directly on it.

Hoping I might be able to push it further.

It was a question of money...and the fact I ran out of it.

The 7950 was the thing that I didn't truly *need* at the price.

The 7850 will serve me fine OCed.

*Update*

System came, and I have it fully built up.

Now, what you've been waiting for.

Pictures!

Don't you love it when you get big boxes through the post :D

Fair enough - If pennies are what you are concerned about, then do you really need the sabertooth as opposed to the Asus P8Z77-M Pro or even the Asus P8Z77-V LX Intel Z77 -

you could save £100 on your build and invest that in a better GPU... I've never found any advantage to the Sabertooth range over the "normal ones" re: performance, so why the Sabertooth? I presume cosmetics, in which case t the ASrock board would be a reasonable match for fewer pennies...

Scrub that. Didn't realise you'd already bought it. It's looking very good so far - you going to tidy up the fluid lines or are they done now?

There's LOADS of room in that case....

Just ordered a bit more tubing as the top tube is really tight...that should be here shortly.

Then I'm going to tidy up all the pipes and such.
