So i need to get a pc together to give my good fps in CS;GO for Lan events my current pc is too big too travel with so was wondering if people here can help me.

With the H100 cooler you can't fit an ODD internally. It's just extra weight anyway, if you need to install the OS via ODD then surely you can briefly use the one from your current rig no?

I have a GT640 at work which gives me 60fps at 1080p easy. my rMBP gets 35fps or so with Ultra and Full AA settings, with AA down a bit I can get 60fps. So basically anything with a 730m/iris 5200 or higher should get u 60fps.

My monitor is limited to 60fps, I'm sure if I try of v-sync it would run a lot faster. I don't play competitively just with my mates for fun.

You can cut down cost much further if you want, but it should be close to silent, very light and max out CSGO with ease.

I'd check the CPU cooler fits...
