Build me a PC

HDD failing, GPU failing, OS not doing what it should do... time for a new PC methinks.
Not interested in peripherals, just what goes in the main tower.

Current build:
Powercolor ATI Radeon HD 4850 512MB GDDR3 TV-OutDual DVIHDMI (PCI-Express)
Corsair 4GB DDR2 XMS2 PC2-6400C5 TwinX (2x2GB)
Asus Xonar D2X 7.1 PCI-Express Sound Card (keep if possible)
Antec Sonata III Piano Black Quiet Case - EarthWatts 500W PSU
Intel Core 2 Duo E6550 "LGA775 Conroe" 2.33GHz (1333FSB)
Gigabyte GA_P35_DS3R (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2 Motherboard

What i definitely need
Windows 7
a HDD (1TB should be fine)
space to fit an existing HDD (500GB)
Better gfx card

i assume all new builds come with a DVD drive & wireless card? Cos both mine are pretty worn out.

Was thinking something along the lines of

are you happy to build the computer yourself, or do you want to get a prebuilt one?

there are plenty of guides and helpful people here to help you no matter how small your problem is, but i understand if you dont want to build it yourself

if your not happy to build yourself, then this will be a far better option:

£1150 with crossfire (two) 6950's and windows 7, the same as the one you selected with windows 7 and 1 GTX560

sorry - around the £1000 mark, but can go over
and yeah, that megalosaur looks good.
Having messed around with building PCs in the past, im happy just to get it pre-made.

That's the one for you then. Looks great! I've no idea why their selling an old pc with older hardware and an ancient case for the same money, weird?

This will be the gaming PC, so the more powerful, the better.

A couple of newbie questions came to mind, if someone in the know can answer:

Does windows 7 come pre-installed or is that up to me?
Does the harddrive come partitioned, and is there the option to have it so?
SSD or not SSD? How big?

SSD's are very expensive, if you get one at all for this build it would be 60gb at ~£100. However, they have significantly faster speeds and make windows feel very quick. Its down to whether you want that, or to spend that £100 on upgrading the graphics card, a nice case, more RAM etc.
