not sure whether to save the fuss and hassle and just buy a built pc i added up the Ultima 9500i Monolith and it didnt' come to that much of a save plus it would be my first build.
There's no great skill in assembling a PC once the correct parts are selected. But unless you think you'd actually enjoy the process, or would save significant money, you may as well buy it prebuilt.
You might as well built if yourself. If you go to general hardware and make a post for a spec with the purpose and budget you can get a lot more for your money.
Another thing to think about in favour of build a machine yourself is if something goes wrong you only have to send back the one component rather than the whole machine with a off the shelf system system.
As above.
Unless you're physically handicapped, there's no excuse to not build yourself.
It just seems like something that'll be difficult because you've never done it before.
Once you do it, you'll facepalm yourself for ever thinking it'd be a hard thing to do
build it doesnt take that long to build one. i remember back around 20yrs ago i bought one and since then the ones ive built for the same price have been top of range. your never look back once you have built your first one
