Build please - happy new year guys!

Happy new year everyone, just read the thread about some guy kicking off about an 8 pound CPU cooler, so that's cheered me up!

A colleague of mine is wanting to build a PC , £500 is his budget, not sure if he can go over or not so try to keep it within or as close to. I've got a build myself in mind but would like to see what you guys come up with, as i'm slightly out of date with recent hardware releases.

No monitor or peripherals, No OS needed.

Main use will be Adobe Lightroom / rendering images.

A lot of AMD board dont support fast RAM, so could just use this RAM - http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MY-033-TG

Both those builds look great, switching for the SSD Stulid mentions saves £10 as well so even better!
