Build request: Quick + Quiet - £800

Hi all.

I'm looking to build a PC for 3D modelling and the odd bit of gaming. What's important to me is quietness and obviously speed.

No OS needed, just the box, no peripherals etc.

Would it be possible if you could put together a PC for me with the following specifications for under £800 please.

The components I already know I'd like are:

SSD: OCZ Vertex 4
Case: Fractal R3
CPU: Ivy Bridge (no idea about these but it must be an i7)
GPU: 6950 - I've heard these are pretty quiet

I'm new to the Ivy bridge CPU, are they worth it?

Any ideas?

I'm after a similar Ivy bridge build for that price. Is the Vertex 4 the best of the current generation, or are there some Intels/Crucials out or coming out?

Depends which one you get. My Asus HD6950 reference wasn't quiet even at idle but noise is of course subjective so it might be fine for you.

Personally, I'd avoid the Sandforce based SSDs. The performance is variable depending on what you write. I have (a few) OCZ drives, but prefer the Corsair Perf. Pro for out and out speed.
