[Build Spec] HTPC for connection to Analogue TV?

Am looking to build a HTPC for connectivity to an old TV which has no HDMI/DVI inputs, just SCART, Composite and Antenna inputs.

Main purpose is just for streaming content across network.

Any suggestions for a build please?

the easiest solution would be to build a normal HTPC and get a HDMI to whatever you need cable. probably easiest to get HDMI to component (yellow, red and white cables). if you couldnt find one for under £10 i'd be very surprised

All you need for a HTPC is a decent cpu like the i3-2100 or phenom 955, 4gb ddr43 1333mhz memory, decent main board, a nice hdd and a decent graphics card like a 6570 or similar to give you better quality video.
