Build won't boot

I've put the DS3R, Corsair Hx 520w, Samsung dvd burner & wifi pci card into my lian li pc 7. But it won't boot, heres a video.

Anyone know if my parts are dead or if my cables are in the wrong place.

Cant say ive ever bothered to try to spin a pc up unless ive installed all the parts mate.

There is a good chance that it wont start maybe due to a safety reason or something?, maybe things short out without cpus installed or summin (although this is probably bullcrap lol.. just an idea)

id wait until all your parts arrive before messing on
