How easy is it to build a pc from scratch! I have been wanting to do this for a while but have always been put off by the whole process. The main bit i am not happy about is sticking a processor onto a motherboard. I saw my mate do it once and it seemed difficult.

Is it easy to build your own pc?

its quite easy to put cpus in, it can conly fit in one way and when its the right way it just drops in nicely. the heatsink is the annoying part imo.

It's very easy. Just make sure you take your time and don't force anything. Plenty of help on here if you get stuck with something.

To be honest the bit i find the hardest is putting the heatsink on the CPU, have to seat it straight and make sure you have not too much and not too little thermal paste on it. The rest is easy.

thanks guys - ic so its the heatsink hey thats the prob!! right well when it comes to building my behemouth of a pc overclockers is where i shall begin!
